Healing on Wheels is committed to providing high-quality mobile healthcare services. Due to the nature of healthcare services, medical supplies, and mobile scheduling, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all clients and services.
No Refunds for Completed Services
All services provided by Healing on Wheels are non-refundable once rendered. This includes, but is not limited to:

Mobile healthcare services

IV hydration or injectable services
-
Medical assessments, screenings, or consultations
-
Medications, supplies, or medical materials used
Once a service has been performed, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Appointment Cancellations (24-Hour Notice Required)
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting Healing on Wheels at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more may be eligible for rescheduling without penalty.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or failure to be present at the scheduled time and location, may result in:

A cancellation or no-show fee

Forfeiture of any deposits or prepayments

Ineligibility for a refund
This policy accounts for reserved appointment time, staffing, travel, and medical preparation.
Deposits & Prepayments
Certain services may require a deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Deposits are non-refundable

Prepayments may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if the 24-hour notice requirement is met
Medical Suitability & Provider Discretion
In rare cases, a licensed provider may determine that a service is not medically appropriate after evaluation but before service initiation.
In such cases, Healing on Wheels may, at its discretion:

Issue a partial refund, or
-
Apply the payment as a credit toward a future service
These determinations are made on a case-by-case basis.
Service Concerns
If you have concerns regarding your service experience, please contact Healing on Wheels within 48 hours of service delivery so we can review the matter.
Submitting a concern does not guarantee a refund.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Healing on Wheels may result in:

Suspension of future services

Submission of relevant documentation to the payment processor
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve billing issues.
Policy Updates
Healing on Wheels reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
